Roberto has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, energy and natural resources, litigation, and arbitration.
He regularly advises Italian and foreign clients, ranging from medium-sized companies to large groups, including multinationals, on matters ranging from commercial contracts to M&A transactions, from renewable energy to oil & gas, as well as related litigation.
Roberto has been a research fellow of Private Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, is lecturer at seminars and conferences and has published several articles in specialized journals and contributed to several monographs on procurement, public and private, commercial contracts, with specific reference to subcontracts, arbitration and oil & gas.
He graduated cum laude from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and was admitted to the Bar in 1992. He is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts since 2016.
Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Roberto worked for several years as in-house counsel for leading companies.
