Gianfranco advises insolvent companies and investors in restructuring and turnaround transactions, large companies in crisis in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, creditors in the protection of insolvency rights, and directors and auditors of companies in crisis or insolvent companies. He also has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, dealing mainly with litigation and arbitration matters.
After graduating in law from La Sapienza University in Rome in 2005, he obtained a Master’s degree in “International Business Law” cum laude from the same university’s Faculty of Economics in 2008. In 2009, he attended the Transnational Intellectual Property Program organized by the University of Washington and CEIPI in Strasbourg.
Gianfranco lectures extensively on business law in several master courses organized by prestigious universities and established business schools. He is an assistant professor of corporate law, public controls on business crises and economic law. He has also contributed to important academic publications on corporate crisis.
Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Gianfranco gained over ten years of experience in leading Italian law firms and legal boutiques.
