Andrea has extensive experience in M&A, private equity, commercial, financial and regulatory law.
He regularly collaborates with several independent European firms, mainly English, Spanish, Dutch and German, as well as American and South American firms, having consolidated important professional exchange relationships over the years.
After graduating from the Università Statale of Milan in 1991, he attended a seminar in American Law (Legal Method) at Columbia University of New York in 1992, a seminar in Intellectual Property at the Salzburg Seminar in 1995, and received a Master in Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School in New York in 1998.
Andrea has been a member of the International Bar Association since 1993 and a member of the Association Européenne d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales since 1995, of which he has been national secretary for Italy since 1997.
He regularly participates in seminars and conferences.
Before joining Ughi and Nunziante, Andrea worked for many years in leading Italian, English and American firms, and was the head of the capital markets department of a leading American firm in Milan.
