Antonio has a well-established track record of administrative law, in particular public procurement and the performance of public contracts.
Antonio has assisted clients in important infrastructure projects, also of a strategic nature, assigned to general contractors or implemented through project financing.
For several years now, he has been an adjunct professor of administrative law at the University of Milan, where he also has other responsibilities at university level.
He is also a lecturer in courses regarding the public contracts sector, environmental law, and business law, organised by primary public and private companies.
He frequently speaks at seminars, and he has published monographies and numerous articles on specialized legal journals.
Antonio is a member of the Rome Administrative Chamber and of the Italian Administrative Lawyers’ Association.
Prior to joining Ughi and Nunziante, Antonio gained a decade of experience in a legal boutique and as an independent advisor to corporations and public entities.
