Salvatore Orlando joins Ughi e Nunziante as partner

Salvatore Orlando joins Ughi and Nunziante as a partner, with him joins Stefano Bartoli, counsel. They will operate at the Rome office,  strengthening the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice.

Salvatore Orlando is specialized in commercial, financial, corporate and intellectual property litigation. He is a full professor of private law at Sapienza University of Rome. He is a member of ItechLaw, SECOLA and UPI. Salvatore is a contributor of the British magazine Computer Law & Security Report, and was a member of the Editorial Board of the magazine TMR of INTA.

Stefano Bartoli, after an experience at the United Nations, in New York, worked for 4 years at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office. He deals with litigation, company law, commercial agreements and intellectual property.

With their entry, the IP team of the firm, which already involve partner Agostino Clemente, is further strengthened and the total number of partners of Ughi and Nunziante rises to 23.
