In base all’accordo sottoscritto tra le parti, The Huffington Post LLC (gruppo BuzzFeed) cederà la propria quota del 51% di Huffington Post Italia a GEDI Gruppo Editoriale, già detentore del restante 49% della testata lanciata in Italia nel 2012.
Ughi e Nunziante ha affiancato BuzzFeed fornendo assistenza legale relativa a diversi profili contrattuali e attraverso i team IP, Media e Information Technology e M&A Private Equity, rispettivamente con i partner Daniela De Pasquale e Marco Misiti e con gli associate Pasquale Distefano e Pietro Pastorello.
