Lo scorso 23 aprile il Governo ha reso pubblico il “DDL IA”, presentato al Parlamento per l’iter legislativo.
Tale disegno di legge mira a introdurre, in conformità con l’AI ACT, un quadro normativo riguardante l’impiego dei sistemi di intelligenza artificiale nell’ordinamento italiano, con particolare riferimento a quei settori nei quali tale utilizzo potrebbe avere un impatto significativo a livello sociale ed economico.
